These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Removed.lol (“Service”), an AI-powered automation, content editing, and growth platform operated by Removed.lol (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

The Service provides AI-driven tools for content editing, workflow automation, content generation assistance, analytics, and growth optimization for creators and businesses. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Your use is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy (incorporated by reference). Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

4. User Content & Outputs

You retain ownership of input content you provide (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process it solely to provide and improve the Service.

AI-generated outputs (“Outputs”) are provided for your use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using Outputs. We make no representations regarding accuracy, completeness, legality, or non-infringement of Outputs. You may not rely on Outputs for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.) without human review.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, underlying AI models, code, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term (if applicable) or free access period, subject to these Terms.

6. Fees & Payment (If Applicable)

Certain features may require payment. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations, risk to the Service, or legal reasons. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease using the Service.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF NO PAYMENT). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your User Content, Outputs, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You waive any right to jury trial and class actions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
