Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of our Terms of Service and outlines prohibited uses of Removed.lol. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

1. Compliance with Laws & Third-Party Terms

You must comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any integrated platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.). You may not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.

2. Prohibited Uses

  • Spamming, phishing, fraud, or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • Impersonation, fake engagement, or artificial inflation of metrics
  • Generating or distributing illegal, harmful, defamatory, harassing, or abusive content
  • Child exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or CSAM-related material
  • Developing or assisting in weapons, explosives, or malicious code
  • Automated high-risk decisions with legal or significant effects (e.g., credit, employment, insurance) without appropriate human oversight
  • Medical, legal, financial, or professional advice generation without qualified review
  • Biometric identification, emotion inference, or social scoring leading to discriminatory treatment
  • Any use that violates platform policies of connected services

3. AI-Specific Restrictions

You may not:

  • Use Outputs in ways that mislead others about their AI origin (where required by law)
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or scrape our models or training data
  • Upload sensitive personal data, health information, or confidential material unless explicitly permitted

4. Rate Limits & Fair Use

We may impose rate limits or throttling to ensure fair access and system stability. Excessive or abusive usage may lead to restrictions.

5. Reporting & Enforcement

Report suspected violations via our Discord server. We investigate reports and may take action without prior notice.
